this has nothing whatsoever to do with the fillmores. Except that spencer and the video guy had the same haircut for a long time. I just had to post it.

So I have no idea why the text color of the post below is different from all of the rest. I feel bad for those of you who can't read it... it's pretty funny..

really? Six!!!!
Well, I came from no where. That seems to be the place that things I don't expect come from. But believe it or not we've been married for over six months!!!!!!!! Live and don't learn has been the modo that my mind has enforced upon me over the last 28 years. But I do believe that I haved learned quite a bit lately and would like to share some of them with you.
1. I love making lists like this.
2. Opposite day...It's not real. Kind of a bummer for most of us but, well I'm sorry. Opposite sentance meaning moment however is very real. For instance. "It's not important." really means "It's not important if unless you want a happy marriage. Or "You don't have to if you don't want to." translated, "Get it done or I will put cayane pepper in your britches." So the kids have it mostly right about opposite day...Just not completly.
2a I can't wait to pass this along to my kids at an early date so they will look smarter to the adults than other kids.
3. A husband should never let his wife go without flowers. A wife should never ask her husband when or, most importantly, how he got them.
4. Erin has a super sense of smell, and of being cool at the coolest moment. But let's talk about the smell one for it has led me to my latest maxim, "it is better to smell good and look bad than to look good and smell bad. Luckily I went to Costco and bought a case of Stetson, now I never have that problem
5. I love my wife more than anything. She in turn loves the fact that she can put her cold feet on me to get them warm. She also loves the fact that I've learned to treat my frostbite when she does without too much complaint
6. A 28 year wait was a inestimably small investment for the unbelievable returns that I've already gotten.

School, school, school.....
I have been at UVSC for what seems like 10 years. It has only been 4 but I am so ready to graduate that I almost don't even care about my grades anymore, its pathetic. I have finals in a couple of weeks and then I have to take two classes in the summer, May-June and then I am DONE!! I will have my Bachelors Degree in Psychology! Spencer is planning on starting Grad School again here soon, I wonder what life is like when no one is in school? Peacefull? Boring? Either way, right now I am ready to be done and I sometimes wonder if June will ever come!

I'm so fresh
This is so everyone out there who reads this blog knows that despite the foul rumors...I do know how to read and write.
I would like to take this time to clear up some misconceptions about me.
1. My teeth aren't yellow I just eat a lot of corn before every picture we seem to take. Don't ask me why. I'm trying to figure out the corolation to corn and cameras but as of yet...no results.
I will keep the scientific communinty appraised of any discoveries.
2. I always thought that bloggers were dirty little people w/ no real person social skills. They also don't shower, were tight leather pants and drink something called tabacohal through straws to keep both hands free. Well since I've started writting I can now honestly say that I've changed pants and made a distilery. I hate when Im right.
3. I only eat chicken if there is ketchup gravy to pour over it. That is also true. If anyone is interested I'll send them the recipe.
4. My wife is better looking, smarter and tougher than me. Again this is true. You have no idea the weight this takes off my shoulders. It's as if suddenly my future kids have a chance of a real future because of her. THANK YOU ERIN!!!!!
5. I once fought a bear, a little one, for charity. that is false, it was a kangaroo and I was winning till he suffocated me in his pouch. When they pulled me out I wasn't breathing, my head was slimy and I stank of hot pouch. Subsequently no one attempted to perform mouth to mouth. I either have brain damage or the power of the kangaroo. I'm not sure yet but the government has promised extensive testing and probing.
Hope that everyone is great.
