A Fillmore Christmas....

Our Christmas was wonderful, but hectic. We didn't spend two nights a row in the same place. Our schedule was Salt Lake, Provo, Ephraim, Provo, Ephraim, Provo. Christmas with both families, parties with friends, our Christmas was crazy. My sister Kristen went through the Manti temple on the 27th which was a really great experience. Another highlight was when my brother Brian who is serving a mission in Ireland, called on Christmas day. He is getting a little bit of an accent!

We got lots of great things for Christmas, if I had to narrow it down to my top three...it would be... A great piece of Art work that Spencer got me, it is a picture of the Salt Lake Temple where we were married, absolutely beautiful! Next, my mom has been saving scraps of old jeans for 25 years to make a picnic blanket. She sewed some cute backing on it, and gave to to me for Christmas! What a great gift! Lastly, and some may not agree here, but Spencer bought me a Fireproof, waterproof, natural disaster proof safe! I love it! I have been worried lately where to keep our pictures and important documents, and he put my worries to rest!

Christmas at the Adams house (sorry, we forgot the camera and had to take it with the phone)
My nephews Robert and Isaac helped me make this beautiful Ginger Bread house!

On the 23rd we went up to Salt Lake with our friends Jethro and Robyn, we went to dinner at Buca de Bepo and then went to Temple Square to see the lights. We spent the night at the Red Lion Hotel, where we played Settlers of Catan and Robyn won, big surprise there (note the sarcasm). On a side note, I just want to say that Robyn can miss out on like 10 rounds of a game, bathe Lincoln, make cookies, come back and still manage to win the game! It's astounding!

Here we are at dinner...

Boy, that night was cold!

The lights at Temple Square were beautiful!

Here is Robyn, succesfully winning another game!

New Years Eve was so fun and must like past years. We went to a party at the Fillmore's house, ate way too much food, played tons of games, and I fell asleep on the couch by about 11 o'clock. Happy New Year Spencer! You'll get your New Years kiss next year!

Yay for Christmas! Now it's time to start having babies! I know the two aren't really connected, but I'm on a baby rampage. I want all my (married) friends to have babies. NOW! I promise, you won't regret it.... :)
