Everyone has told us how hard the first year of marriage is. I don't know who I have been talking to because it is really not all that hard. Spencer and I are really enjoyed being married. We have a lot of fun together and have already made a lot of great memories. In the past year we have been to Hawaii, Malibu, Florida Keys and the Bahamas. Considering how poor we are, we are quite spoiled! Marriage has been great and we are looking forward to many more years!

I agree! The hard first year thing is way overrated! Its so great to live with and be with your best friend and get to share so many memories with them. I think about my relationship with Jake and how much it grew our first year together vs when we were dating. It is amazing. I guess we are really lucky to have such wonderful husbands because it seems like the first year flew by in a breeze!
